چکیده
An analysis of spatiotemporal variability air temperature and precipitation in the Volga Federal District (European Russia) between 1966 2021 was carried out. Based on data from 20 meteorological stations, relatively evenly located territory under consideration, spatial distribution average monthly annual temperatures assessed; some indicators temporal these variables period consideration were calculated analyzed. It revealed that throughout District, there a tendency climate warming all months, slight increase precipitation, except for southeast district, where trend negative. is noted 1955–1998, number negative anomalies approximately equal to positive ones; however, later 1999–2021, significantly exceeded ones. reanalysis data, climatic maps vaporization runoff during 1966–2021 created. The dependence fluctuations nature atmospheric circulation using NAO, AO, SCAND indices. On example central part district (Republic Tatarstan), summer aridity by Budyko’s dryness index, Selyaninov’s hydrothermal coefficient, Sapozhnikov’s humidification coefficient. evaporation also methods Schreiber Ivanov. Against background rates, favorable conditions decrease noted.

Determining the relative contributions of human activities and climate change to variations of runoff in basin is very important for sustainable management of water resources. In this study, seven methods were used to determine these relative contributions in the Ghaleh-Shahrokh watershed as the main upper catchment of Zayandeh-Roud River. These seven methods can be divided into two main catego...
متن کاملHydrological Impacts of Climate Change
The increasing rate of the global surface temperature will have a significant impact on local hydrological regimes and water resources, which leads to the assessment of the climate change impacts. Main parameters that are closely related to the climate change are temperature and precipitation. Therefore, there is a growing need for an integrated analysis that can quantify the impacts of climate...
متن کاملThe effect of climate change on flow regime using two meteorological and hydrological indices
An important and fundamental issue in Iran is to utilize water and to avoid wasting it. Therefore, climate change can be considered as an effective factor on water resources. The most tangible climate change phenomenon is drought which is much important to be identified. In this study, the effect of climate changes on flow rate in Bashar River, Shahmokhtar station of Yasouj city was evaluated u...
متن کاملCompeting roles of rising CO2 and climate change in the contemporary European carbon balance
Natural ecosystems respond to, and may affect climate change through uptake and storage of atmospheric CO2. Here we use the land-surface and carbon cycle model JULES to simulate the contemporary European carbon balance and its sensitivity to rising CO2 and changes in climate. We find that the impact of climate change is to decrease the ability of Europe to store carbon by 97 TgC yr−1. In contra...
